COVID UPDATES

Appointment Information 

1. Due to COVID health and safety requirements and extended booking times required for clean up between clients, we require a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. If you do not give 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% for the canceled visit.
2. The Laser Room now works in a wellness center where we are in a whisper-quiet zone. Let’s help all guests enjoy their experience and keep a respectful tone while in hallways and common areas. Please note the signage upon entry to the building and respect the space.
3. Please remember I am consistently booked solid two weeks ahead. So please try to book an appointment and be understanding of the situation. Before you could sometimes get in same day but due to the closure, health and safety requirements, and 1 technician, it is no longer as it used to be. Thank you for understanding.
4. Most importantly: bring your own mask! We have some disposable and some for purchase for $3 that are reusable but they must be worn as soon as you enter the business.
5. Please sanitize your hands upon entry of the building.
